Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mcs (motion Control Systems) B21-17-18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-precision products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Controle-Klinger product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-precision such as the MPJ1162VOIL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 176520 manufactured by Micro-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UT100 by Manufacturer Micro-Controle-Klinger as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Merlin Brand M3124220CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Syst such as 192X64 equipment made by Micro-Syst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Syst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Syst" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FYAB8A22 made by Microswitch as well as the popular 11NCM001 original spares produced by Melles-Griot

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6100001007 by Metra-1010bt and 192X64 spares by Micro-Syst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPMC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microtec.
